Terms of Use — the WonderFood application

These Terms of Use ("the Terms") govern access to and use of the WonderFood mobile application ("the Application"), published by WonderFood, which allows users to plan their meals, track their nutritional intake, and optionally receive support from a healthcare or nutrition professional.

Creating an account or using the Application implies full acceptance of these Terms. The WonderFood Pro professional dashboard is governed by a separate document: the Pro Terms of Use.

The Application is available on iOS (App Store) and Android (Google Play). Account creation is reserved for individuals aged at least sixteen (16) years. Registration is done via email address and password, or through an Apple or Google account.

When creating your account, you agree to:

• provide accurate information and keep it up to date;
• maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials;
• promptly report any unauthorized use of your account;
• use only one account, strictly personal.

The Application offers weekly meal planning, a recipe catalog, tracking of nutritional intake (calories, protein, carbs, fat, fiber), automatic generation of shopping lists, and analysis of meal photos.

You agree to use the service fairly: not to attempt to circumvent its security measures, not to extract its recipe catalog en masse, and not to use it for illegal purposes or to the detriment of other users.

Certain advanced features are reserved for the Premium subscription. This can only be subscribed to through in-app purchases via the App Store (Apple) or Google Play, at the prices displayed in the store at the time of purchase. The technical management of subscriptions is handled by our provider RevenueCat.

The subscription automatically renews at each term, unless canceled at least twenty-four (24) hours before the end of the current period. Cancellation is done directly in your App Store or Google Play account settings — and not from the Application. Payment is processed by Apple or Google: any potential refunds are subject to their own policies.

The Application allows you to photograph a meal to obtain a nutritional estimate generated by artificial intelligence. The results are indicative estimates, with a margin of error: they do not constitute medical advice and should not solely inform a health decision.

In particular, AI analysis should never be used to detect the presence of allergens in a dish. The processing of photos is described in the Privacy Policy.

You can voluntarily link your account to a healthcare or nutrition professional at any time by entering the personal code they provided you. This link gives them access to your tracking data: profile, meal plans, measurements, and meal analyses.

• the link is limited to one professional at a time;
• the professional can offer you Premium access during the link — this access ends if the link is broken;
• you can break the link at any time from your profile, without justification.

The record that the professional maintains on you in their WonderFood Pro dashboard is their own professional responsibility (see section 7).

The collected data, their purposes, legal bases, our subcontractors, retention periods, and your rights are detailed in the Privacy Policy, which is an integral part of these Terms.

The Application, its structure, design, brand, and content (recipe catalog, texts, visuals, pictograms) are protected by intellectual property law. Your account grants you a personal, non-exclusive, and non-transferable license, limited to the use of the Application.

The content you create (personal recipes, meal photos) remains your property; you grant WonderFood the strictly necessary license for hosting and displaying them as part of the service.

You can delete your account at any time, directly from the Application or by email — the procedure and the fate of your data are described on the Account Deletion page. WonderFood may suspend or terminate an account in case of serious breaches of these Terms, after notification.

These Terms are governed by Moroccan law. In case of dispute and failing amicable resolution, the courts of Casablanca have jurisdiction, subject to the mandatory provisions applicable in your country of residence.
