Deletion is possible at any time, without justification. Here is exactly what happens — no more, no less.
From the application, in four steps
Open the application
Launch WonderFood and sign in to your account.
Access your profile
Tap the "Profile" tab in the navigation bar.
Open settings
Tap the settings icon at the top right of the screen.
Delete your account
Scroll down to "Delete my account," then confirm your choice.
What happens to your data
Deleted with your account
- Your account, your profile, and your profile picture
- Your meal plans, favorites, and shopping list
- Your meal photos and their AI analyses
- Your messages exchanged in the application
What does not depend on us
If a dietitian is following you via WonderFood Pro, the record they maintain on you — measurements, notes, prescriptions — is their professional responsibility. To request its deletion, contact your professional directly.
Purchase receipts issued by Apple or Google are retained by them, according to their own rules.
Deletion Timeline
Day 0 — immediate deactivation
Upon your request, the account is deactivated: no further login possible, no data accessible.
Within 30 days — permanent deletion
Your data is deleted from our active systems and then from our backups, no later than 30 days after the request.
