Pro Terms of Use

These terms and conditions of use and sale ("the Terms") govern access to and use of WonderFood Pro, an online nutritional tracking service for healthcare and nutrition professionals, published by WonderFood. Creating a professional account implies full acceptance of these Terms, which prevail over any other document.

The public mobile application WonderFood is governed by separate Terms of Use.

• "The Service" — the WonderFood Pro platform, accessible at wonderfood.fr/pro, including the dashboard, patient records, messaging, calendar, and public booking page.
• "The Professional" — the healthcare or nutrition professional holding the account, acting within the scope of their professional activity.
• "The Patient" — any person being followed by the Professional, whether or not they have an account on the mobile Application.
• "The Patient Record" — all data entered by the Professional in the Service regarding a Patient: civil status, anamnesis, measurements, prescriptions, notes.
• "The Application" — the WonderFood mobile application intended for the general public.

Creating an account is reserved for healthcare and nutrition professionals. The Professional guarantees the accuracy of the information provided at registration, including their specialty. Registration is limited to one account per professional.

Every new account benefits from a free fourteen (14) day trial, with no commitment. At the end of the trial, access to professional features is conditioned on subscribing to a plan.

The Service is offered under two plans, Starter and Unlimited, on a monthly or annual basis. The current prices, as well as the details of each plan's features, are displayed on the Pricing page of the site.

Payment is processed by Lemon Squeezy, the official merchant of WonderFood: it collects the payment, issues the invoice, and collects applicable taxes, including VAT. The displayed prices and currency depend on the billing country.

The subscription automatically renews at each term, at the current rate. Any price changes are notified in advance and apply only to the following billing period.

The Professional can terminate their subscription at any time from their billing portal, accessible in their account settings. Termination takes effect at the end of the current billing period: full access to the Service is maintained until that date, and no prorated refund for the ongoing period is due.

Upon expiration of the subscription, the account becomes read-only under the conditions described in section 3. WonderFood may suspend or terminate an account in case of serious breaches of these Terms, after notification that remains ineffective.

The data you enter about your patients — records, measurements, prescriptions, exchanges — are processed for your exclusive account. You remain responsible for processing under the GDPR and Moroccan law n° 09-08; WonderFood acts as a subcontractor, under the conditions of Article 28 of the GDPR.

WonderFood commits to never consult, exploit, or transfer this data for its own account, to host it securely with subcontractors presenting sufficient guarantees, to impose confidentiality obligations on its staff, and to delete it at your instruction, particularly upon closure of your account.

As the data controller, you agree to have a legal basis for the data you enter, to inform your patients of this processing, and to respond to their requests to exercise rights over their Patient Record.

The Service includes messaging between the Professional and their linked patients, reserved for professional use in the context of nutritional tracking. The Professional remains solely responsible for the content of their messages, advice, and transmitted documents.

The Professional can activate a public booking page (wonderfood.fr/p/…) displaying their name, specialty, consultation locations, services, and availability. They are responsible for the accuracy of this information, made public by their action.

The data entered by appointment requesters (identity, contact details, reason) are processed for managing appointments and transmitted to the concerned Professional, under the conditions described in the Privacy Policy. The Professional agrees to use them only for this purpose.

The Service, its brand, interface, recipe and food catalog are the property of WonderFood. The subscription grants the Professional a non-exclusive and non-transferable access right, for the duration of the subscription.

The content created by the Professional — plan templates, notes, documents — remains their property; they grant WonderFood the strictly necessary license for hosting and displaying them as part of the Service.

The Service is a tracking and organization tool: it does not replace the Professional's clinical judgment, who remains solely responsible for their diagnoses, prescriptions, and advice to their patients.

WonderFood makes reasonable efforts to ensure the availability of the Service, without guaranteeing uninterrupted operation — maintenance operations may temporarily suspend it. WonderFood's liability is limited to direct and foreseeable damages, capped at the amount paid by the Professional over the last twelve (12) months.

These Terms are governed by Moroccan law. In case of dispute and failing amicable resolution, the courts of Casablanca are solely competent.

WonderFood may amend these Terms; any new version, dated and numbered, is notified to the Professional before it comes into effect.
